Hannah Balmaseda

Certified Athletic Trainer

Based out of Miami, FL Hannah attended Florida International University where she played D1 soccer receiving the golden boot award her freshman year. After several injuries, she developed a passion for sports medicine and exercise science. She graduated with her masters in Athletic Training from Florida International University in 2017. She spent her clinical rotations with the Sporting Kansas City MLS team and the US Women’s National Soccer Team before their Olympic appearance. In 2018, she was the assistant athletic trainer for the New York Mets GCL and High A team. The following year she took a seasonal position with the Chicago Cubs as an assistant in the AZL and rehab program.





She has a variety of certifications including Performance Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning, PRI Myokinematic Restoration and Driveline Foundations of Pitching



As an athletic trainer she is able to assess and create rehabilitation programming for most injuries, as well as create preventative and strength and conditioning programs. With her understanding of baseball she concentrates on preventative arm care programming for baseball athletes of all ages.
